History of Heidtman & Co

Heidtman & Co is regarded as a relatively "young" firm, having been established only in 1983. However, even then, the founders of the firm brought with them a great deal of practical experience and expertise.

When David Heidtman founded the firm he already had over a decade of experience in commercial, property and banking law. Shortly after he was joined by Peter Carkagis, a specialist in property and banking law, and followed a little later by Alan McMurran, a specialist litigator.

And the rest…as they say…is history – with some two decades of successful practice, and consequent growth to a team of over 100 people.
